In a time of "fake news" and political bends, I think it important for an essayist to be upfront and candid with their audience. However, I once had a Philosophy professor in college who said something to our class that resonated with me. One section of our lessons centered around different philosophers arguing for and against the existence of a divine creator. At one point a student raised their hand and asked the professor, "Do you believe in God?" To which the professor replied, "I can't tell you that. It may effect how you interpret what I'm saying."

So, here I am, stuck between wanting the readers of this website to be as informed about what they are reading as possible, and not wanting to taint how you interpret what is written. My inclination is with the latter. Essays involving conflicts between the Alliance and Horde, their respective faction leaders, and everything in between, I believe will be objective readings.

There is, unfortunately, a topic I am incredibly biased about that I will do my very best to steer completely clear of. I am sure it will be sniffed out in due time anyway. If I feel this bias will ruin the integrity of an essay, I will write something else.

Lastly, I am very open to feedback and comments on all essays and actively encourage everyone to reach out at warcraftessay@gmail.com.
